I was very pleased with the site and the offerings. I am based in the US but have staff in London and from time to time send them gift hampers as thank you´s for their work. I generally use Thornton´s but some of my team do not like chocolate (hard to believe, I know) so I went searching for an alternative provider, found your site and placed the order. The fruit basket was very well & happily received by the recipient who was in hospital, it was just what he wanted (fruit was very refreshing within the dry confines of the hospital). And chocolates were appreciated, making the basket a well-rounded gift.
When I was having questions regarding on-line booking, I telephoned the shop, the person who handled my call was very helpful indeed and ensured that everything went smoothly. Also, fruit is a very good alternative to flowers to those in hospital, something maybe worth mentioning on the website too. Also, maybe you could offer different types of chocolate with the fruit and chocolate basket?

I like visiting the website of Ciyifruits.com. It is easy to use, has nice colors and good pictures. For me it would be more convenient if among the list of categories of flowers the site would have the button "See all categories of flowers". It was not obvious for me that I could use Quick search for this task.
I really appreciate the fact that on the day I placed the order only Ciyifruits.com was able to deliver it on April, 11, which was very important for me. The earliest possible delivery from other sites was April,12 - April,14.
My sister really likes the flowers and food hamper she´s got. The only inconvenient thing was that she was told to wait for delivery from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and in case she´s not at home there would be no way to get the package.
Overall I think your service is good. Thank you.

Website was simple to use which I was happy about because I had tried others which were really irritating.
The recipient said the produce was of sufficient quality - I was concerned about because given the price, I did wonder if it wouldn´t have been better to send the money and allow the recipients to buy produce of higher quality in the shops. However, as it turns out, this worry was unfounded.
I found the product range a little bit bland, although this by no means undermines my overall satisfaction with your service. For example, I would never send dried fruits or nuts. My recommendation would be either to develop the product choices to include more luxury items, such as pate or fois gras or charcuterie or to allow customer to ´customise´ the packages they send (maybe there was this service but I didn´t see it).
My ideal package to send an adult would be; Port, stilton, pate, good coffee beans or tea leaves, chocolates etc etc.
Also, if you had a ´Fair Trade´ package that would be really great. I did look for a ´Fair Trade´ delivery service but those which exist seem to only specialise in one product e.g. coffee or chocolate or teddy bears. It would be really good to have one site that could bring together a ´catalogue´ of fair trade items which could then be sent in a package.

I had intended to write earlier to thank you very much for the extra effort you made to get the fruit basket to my aunt´s home in East Molesy on the day of my uncle´s funeral. It was on the doorstep when they got home from the crematorium, and, by all reports, was a truly welcome site and a lovely presentation with excellent quality fruit. Your personalized care (something completely unavailable from other sites) made it all possible. From the beginning, I felt sure that you were detail oriented and would deliver an excellent product - an extremely reassuring feeling when making arrangements from the US. 1. Website experience was very good. Well set out, easy to use. (The only problem I usually encounter is that my credit card is a company card which is issued at one address in north Wales, I am based in West Sussex and delivery address was elsewhere. However, your website coped with this very well - which is rare when I order over the internet).
2. Recipient was very pleased. He had never received a basket of fruit before and said it was a "really good basket of fruit".

I was extremely pleased with the basket of fruit I ordered for my father, it was delivered when you said it would be and my father was overwhelmed. He had gone to Lancashire to spend 4 days with my sister and ended up staying for 8 weeks, due to the fact that he was rushed into hospital and was in intensive care for 4 days. I myself live in Dorset, as does my father, with work commitments I could not keep popping in to see him. As he was getting better I wanted to send him something, but not flowers, that is were you came in, all the family thought it was a brilliant idea and my father still talks about his basket of fruit today. I will certainly use you again (not for something as drastic, I hope).
So although I do not wish to order anything at the moment, I would like to thank you for your great baskets of fruit and say what a brilliant idea I think it is.
